Dear TRs, Ezra Holdings released an announcement yesterday with an updated timetable for the listing of Triyards's shares by way of introduction: With the books closure date on 11 Oct 2012, the ex-date will be on 9 Oct 2012. We currently have a BUY rating on Ezra with a fair value estimate of S$1.48. We do not have a rating on Triyards, but our fair value for the stock is S$0.78.
