SINGAPORE (Nov 19): OSK-DMG has maintained its "buy" call on Oxley with a 91 cents price target.
In a Nov 19 note, analyst Goh Han Peng says Oxley booked more than $3 billion in Singapore presales while its overseas launches are progressing well. Its high gearing is also expected to decline steadily.
