SINGAPORE (Nov 18): OSK-DMG is maintaining its "buy" call on Centurion Corp with a price target of 89 cents.

In a research note on Nov 18, Jarick Seet and Terence Wong said Centurion's winning bid for a piece of land to build a 12,000-bed dorm in Penang further strengthens its foothold on the island. But the analysts expect earnings from this addition to come in partially from FY17 onwards.
